We embed NAR-aligned disclosure into both the pixel data (an iTXt chunk inside every PNG) and the JSON-LD payload AI search engines ingest. It's the regulatory wedge no other virtual-staging tool offers — and it's the reason we think this category survives the next five years of compliance pressure.

Every staged image carries a visible "AI-Staged" footer and an iTXt-chunk disclosure. The Empty ↔ Staged toggle is mandatory and never optional. If our tooling can't honestly support the disclosure copy, we ship weaker copy until the tooling catches up.

Aeon stagings are img2img against your real captured photo or your iPhone LiDAR scan. The room, the doorways, the windows are the source of truth. The AI fills the furniture; the geometry is never invented.

The next decade of real-estate discovery runs through generative search engines. Aeon listing pages emit JSON-LD with citation anchors that resolve to real DOM IDs, edge-cached for sub-50ms global TTFB. AI ingests Aeon listings the way they're meant to be ingested.
