A regulatory wedge
in real estate.
The same generative tools that let an agent stage a vacant living room in twenty seconds also let a bad actor generate a bedroom that does not physically exist. Aeon is the alternative.

Virtual staging has been a quiet workaround in real estate for a decade — until generative AI made every listing photo re-renderable in seconds. That speed is a problem. The buyer cannot tell. The MLS cannot tell. Increasingly, the regulator cannot tell either.
Aeon is the alternative. Every Aeon listing carries a mandatory Empty ↔ Staged toggle: the same room, same camera, same geometry, with one click between the unfurnished ground truth and the AI-staged interior. We embed NAR-aligned disclosure into both the pixel data (an iTXt chunk inside every PNG) and the JSON-LD payload AI search engines ingest. It is the regulatory wedge no other virtual-staging tool offers — and it is the reason we think this category survives the next five years of compliance pressure.
We are building Aeon for the agents who refuse to fake it. The generative-engine-optimization layer (AI-search-ingestible listing pages with citation anchors and structured data) is the discoverability half of the same bet: the next generation of buyers will not Google listings — they will ask Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity. The agents whose listings are ingestible win.
