Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switching is instant and prorated — bumping up to Pro mid-cycle gives you immediate access to video tours and voiceover; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
Do unused listings roll over?
No. Listings reset at the start of each billing period. If you regularly land more listings than your plan allows, the next tier up almost always pencils out cheaper than the per-listing overage rate.
What's a 'listing'?
A listing is a single property record with one or more rooms. Each listing can include unlimited photo staging, one 360 tour, and (on Pro+) one walkthrough video. Re-running a render against the same listing does not consume a second listing slot.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. We bill on day 15 only if you have processed at least one listing.
How does billing work?
Stripe-managed monthly subscription. Cancel any time from your account portal — your published listings stay live for the rest of the paid period, then enter read-only mode (no new renders, existing pages keep serving).
